Placing orders
All products are made for individual orders (excluding products from the “ready to ship” section).
This results in longer waiting times.
The order fulfillment time, depending on the order queue, is variable and ranges from 3 to 8 weeks. I fulfill orders in the order of payments.
On the other hand, individual orders allow you to customize the ordered products.
You can choose everything.
You can choose another design, another colors.
The colors can be steady, can be shaded, ombre, gradient from lighter to darker. May be different colors combinations, patterns, color modifications of existing designs.
May be with gold or silver liner pencil.
You can use a pattern from another product.
You can send me pictures of your “inspiration”, and together we will determine the details.
You can send me pictures of butterflies, birds that you like, and I will paint you these.
Wings for dancing will be adjusted to your height.

Payment
Thanks to the SSL certificate and encryption, I offer secure payments. Payment for the order using PayPal or using a credit card.
Shipping
Products are shipped via UPS courier. Usually, the shipment takes about a week (3-7 days, depending on the location).
Shipping cost within Europe is $15.
Shipping cost to USA and Canada is $35.
The cost of shipping to other regions of the world depends on the location and can range from $35 to $60.
Returns and refunds
It is possible to return the ordered products (within 30 days of receiving the shipment). But it is not possible to return unusual, personalized products (e.g. with an inscription).
The customer sends back the returned product at his own expense. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return confirmation. The goods sent for return cannot have any signs of use.

Products care
To create wings and dance props I use the highest quality paints . Thanks to this, the fabrics retain their softness and durability. To preserve the color, the products should be hand washed in delicate detergents. The products are painted with intense colors, so that after washing them, you can wash off the excess paint. After washing, it is best to hang the products so that the layers do not touch each other. Ironing should be done in the silk ironing mode, steam ironing will work best.
